Charlie started folding her photographs into three dimensional forms in 2012, transforming surfaces into sculptures that invite the viewer into a cropped simulation of the real cities she has photographed. In coincidence with the launch of her book “CITY LUST,” a retrospective of Koolhaas’s photographic sculptures were exhibited in OMI Gallery, in Rotterdam.
